Do your best with the size chart. I am5’8” and the sleeves were too long and the shoulders too big. I had the sleeves shortened, but the tailor said bringing in the shoulders would not have a good result.

Yes they will custom fit. I just bought the jacket and they reached out to me and asked for my measurements. My sleeve should be a 22-23 but if I ordered an xl the sleeves and shoulders would be too big. I was nervous about sending measurements but they did an amazing job. The jacket came today abd it fits like a glove. Highly recommend this jacket and vendor.
