I just got this jacket but I have other microsuede jackets that have been okay going through normal cycle wash and press dry. I didn’t notice any shrinking. And one of the jackets was delivered bunched up and quite wrinkled. I used an iron at medium heat and it got the wrinkles out with no damage.
At 6 feet you should get the big version. As for the Size, get the same size you usually wear for a t-shirt. Doesn’t matter what brand t-shirt, just your usual size. They’re pretty spot on for sizing. And I found that you can get your usual size and still be able to layer a sweatshirt or hoodie under it if you’d like. But it still fits snug without one
